Great Lakes Project Group was founded to bring small to mid-sized businesses practical leadership, operational structure, and experienced guidance on technology and business initiatives that have become too important to manage informally. Often bringing this in-house may be of higher value through fractional leadership engagements. As these organizations grow, projects become more complex, vendor relationships become harder to manage, infrastructure becomes more critical to daily operations, and leadership teams are often expected to make increasingly important technology and operational decisions without dedicated project management or executive technology leadership.
